Discussion
Being on the same page is absolutely necessary. While we engage in discussion with you, we proactively identify the key concept of project which help us in the following session, Brainstorming.
We love 'Rapid Ideation' and 'What If' brainstorming technique. 'Rapid Idation' help us to generate more creative ideas which we can recommend to you while 'What If' technique will allow us to address all possible scenarios that we may face during the development process.
Once everything is discussed and agreed upon, we officially sign an agreement.

Agreement
An agreement will be prepared with information such as SoC(scope of work), deliverables, timeline, workflow, handover criteria and milestone details.
What if requirements are changed during development process? Don't worry. We can always discuss changes/new features and according to that we can update our contract.

Project Planning
Once we freeze the requirements, our team will internally create a detailed plan to execute workflow of the project.
This will include planning of research, sensors study, required experiments before starting design, tentative product manufacturing cost, software architecture and testing plan.
After this stage, depending on the project requirement, we will start two processes simultaneously which are hardware designing and firmware development.

Hardware Development
Schematic & PCB design
Depending on your goal, we will create the best design that is optimized for size or cost or combination of both. Though we use latest and best available software in the market for schematic and PCB design, this does not mean we are not expert in old and classic software of your choice.
If you are not sure which technology is best suitable, don't worry, we will suggest you during discussion. BTW, there will be the first demonstration and you might want to share your views and later approve the design.
PCB fabrication & Assembly
Nothing is as exciting as to see our design converted into real PCB. PCB fabrication is outsourced while assembly of prototype is done in-house by a technician.
Our technicians are expert in soldering any IC packages that can be done manually. If you want to check samples created by us, reach to us.
Firmware Development
This is our open challenge: No one can beat us in developing firmware. We write very efficient, modular, architecture driven, well documented and easily maintainable code.
Our embedded engineers have in-depth knowledge of hardware resources, peripherals, memory model and RTOS.

Testing and QC
As we said, we create testing plans during the project planning stage. In this stage, we test product against what we had forecasted and we conform all functionality.
This is the time when we check the performance and efficiency of the product for a long duration. If you want to add your own testing scenario, please inform us during the initial discussion.

Demonstration & discussion
Woo-hoo! And here we are. We have now our first POC ready. We will schedule a demonstration followed by a discussion session.
This is the time when you want to evaluate all functionality of the product. You may want to ask hundreds of questions and we will be happy to answer all.

Handover & Remote Support
Alright, we have now shipped product and/or handed over design source to you. We will help you to set up everything at your place remotely.
